The following sponsorship opportunities are related to the 48th Vegetable & Flower Seed Conference, and each item carries with it a specific package of recognition benefits for the sponsor. These benefits have been carefully reviewed and constructed by ASTA in order to deliver appropriate sponsor recognition based on the value and visibility associated with each particular sponsorship. ASTA’s 48th Vegetable & Flower Seed Conference is an intense networking event that has been steadily increasing in attendance in the past five years.

ASTA Gives Back – Community Project
Cost: $3,000 (Exclusive)
Sponsorship of this project supports transportation and supplies for ASTA attendees to conduct a community service project at the Ronald McDonald House of Tampa, where conference attendees will assist in a landscaping project at the facility.

ASTA Gives Back – Mother’s Day Seed Partner
Cost: $1000 each and/or Seed Donation
ASTA’s partnership with the Ronald McDonald House will continue beyond the scope of the convention itself, when the two organizations, in cooperation with Seed Programs, Inc. will team up to provide seed donations to mothers who have benefited from the services of the Ronald McDonald House in honor of Mother’s Day. Contributions of both sponsorship and flower seed are needed to make this project possible, which will be provided to Seed Programs, Inc., a non-profit organization, to produce these special seed packets for the project.

Package Pricing: Any company who sponsors a “Convention Sponsor” event for at least three ASTA conventions in the 2008-2009 year (CSS 2008 and Seed Expo, Vegetable & Flower Seed Conference, or Annual Convention) will receive 10% off their total sponsorship price. (does not apply to Annual Sponsors)
